North Pekin Village Hall

Hutchison Engineering, Inc. (HEI) was selected by the Village of North Pekin to work with their chosen architect to construct a new village hall on an empty site within the village limits. HEI's responsibilities included survey, site design, construction observation and materials testing. The site design included parking lot and sidewalk layout to accommodate ADA accessibility, water and sewer system design and storm water system design including on-site detention. Construction of this $2 million project was completed in 2015.
