CH 1 - Woodford Co

Hutchison Engineering, Inc. (HEI) provided Phase I and Phase II services for the reconstruction and realignment of CH 1 and CH 11 in Woodford County from CH 2 to IL Rte. 89. The reconstruction consisted of a new horizontal and vertical alignment with 12” aggregate base course, 6” HMA pavement, aggregate shoulders, culverts and other collateral improvements. Due to the use of federal funding, the HEI staff had to coordinate with IDOT to produce PS&E for a state letting.
