Literberry Rd

County Highway 19 (Literberry Rd) was awarded to Hutchison Engineering, Inc. (HEI) for Resident Engineering and oversite in 2018. This $1.5 million roadway realignment project elongated four curves, performed side road and entrance upgrades while addressing drainage and vertical profile improvements for a well-traveled rural roadway in Morgan County, IL. HEI performed inspection, grade control and documentation on all items from embankments through final seeding while working daily with local officials, property owners and the prime & subcontractors to ensure completion of this project within 70 working days as the roadway was opened to traffic in October 2018.
